Hanae has spent nearly two decades in the Middle East advising governments, multinationals, and high-growth organisations on how to communicate in environments where clarity, credibility, and cultural intelligence are essential.
She began her career in-house at Weber Shandwick and Total Communications before establishing herself as an independent consultant in 2018, partnering with leading agencies including Burson, FleishmanHillard, and Lexington, while simultaneously managing her own portfolio of clients. In 2023, she founded HumYnd to bring that breadth of experience: agency rigour, independent thinking, and deep regional knowledge, into a single, dedicated advisory practice.
Throughout her career she has worked across some of the region's most scrutinised institutions, including the Central Bank of Saudi Arabia, the Bahrain Economic Development Board, Emirates National Oil and Gas Company, Tesla, Tetra Pak, and ICEYE, in environments where precision was non-negotiable and the margin for error was small.
A Moroccan national, Hanae holds a BA in Communication Studies and International Relations from Al Akhawayn University in Ifrane, and is a Certified Media Trainer.
